The Bobbi Brown Rose Pot Rouge is my third color from the Pot Rouge range. The formula for these is amazing! I feel like I can confidently pick up any color without researching it beforehand. The formula seems to be consistent throughout the line. I've reviewed two of them before (Calypso Coral and Pale Pink). In that review I talk about the formula in more depth. I won't write the same things again in order to avoid being repetitive, so if you want to know more about the formula, please refer to the original Pot Rouge post. There are swatches comparing all three colors below.
Left to Right: Rose, Pale Pink, Calypso Coral
Rose worn on both cheeks and lips
Like the others colors, Rose is pigmented and very blendable. I love that it's the kind of color that goes with any look. I definitely recommend you check out Pot Rouges from Bobbi Brown if you like cream blushers! I think the formula is perfect.
P.S. There won't be a Try It Out Thursday post today. I really look forward to those posts every week but this week has been a horrible one and I never got around to writing one. Sorry! :(

This is a lovely shade on your skin tone x

ReplyDeleteI love cream blushes especially since I do have dry skin. This is a gorgeous shade.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty. I am always too scared to try cream blushes, but I think I should. I don't like how powder blushes don't stay very long.
ReplyDeleteCould you recommend a good "beginner's" blush that is a cream one?
Kate from Clear the Way
I think a good beginner cream blush would be something affordable from the drugstore. I'm still testing drugstore cream blushes so hopefully I'll be able to answer this soon xx
