This is not the first time this lovely eyeshadow has popped up on my blog. I showed #4 in my Make Up For Ever Eyeshadows Review post and in my Peach/Orange Blushes post. I originally got this with the intention of using it as blush (MUFE eyeshadows are labeled as dual purpose). However, after using it a few times on my face I found it a bit hard too blend. I decided to use it as an eyeshadow instead and it's brilliant. It's a tad dry to the touch but it doesn't affect the blendability. Number 5 is pigmented, long lasting and easy to work with. I know orange is not for everyone, but I'm not one to shy away from colorful eyeshadows.
I really wish Make Up For Ever eyeshadows had names because it makes it really hard to find swatches and reviews online. Google seems to skip the numbering and I can never find a specific shade directly. Anyways, hope you enjoyed this quick review! :)

At first, i thought it was a blush until i saw the picture of your eye obviously hehe. The colour is my faveourite kinda colour~ I love my corals and oranges :) This is perfect for spring and it actually looks quite nice on the eyes~ I would have never thought peachy orange would look nice as an eyeshadow.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing~ I should check out MUF products soon because i haven't got any products from them yet.
Have a lovely day~ <3
I very much recommend the eyeshadows xx

I wish I could get away with colours like this without looking like a clown. You, on the other hand, can pull anything off!

I have this shadow and I love using it! It's a great summer eyeshadow shade, and a great transition color if you use pinks a lot on the eyes.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a lovely way to use it xx
DeleteOooh, I don't wear peach shadow often, but this looks lovely! Glad you found a way to wear it that works for you :)

Beautiful sunset-eyes! :)

It's a bit bold but looks amazing on the lids, I'd never have imagined such a bright colour would be so lovely ^^ Too bad it didn't also work as a blush. It kinda reminds me of Crochet by Sleek, seriously very nice.
ReplyDeleteThis is suck a gorgeous color! I have a few colors from mufe but I don't have any oranges. I think this has just been added to my wishlist haha! x

Wow this is so pretty, kind of reminds me of Makeup Geek's Mango Tango on the eyes! I don't think I've noticed but you have the prettiest eyelashes! xx
ReplyDeleteThank you, hun xx
DeleteLove the color and especially the look you did using it! So envious of your lashes gurl!
ReplyDeleteReally good point about naming the products. It's silly that they don't. I love this color.

I love love love love this colour! It reminds me of an orange pigment I have from essence that I abused in the summer time :) It's a shame it didn't work as well as a blush on you :(
ReplyDeleteThis is such a gorgeous colour, reminds me of spring/summer :) How annoying that the shades don't have proper names, it would make it such a difficult task to find reviews online! Your lashes look amazing by the way, I'm jealous!
ReplyDeleteThis is really awkward but.. maybe it's a labeling problem. but my number four is a black eyeshadow! My matte black is labelled as number four lol! I could be wrong, so I'll google it to check. But anyways, this looks like a very lovely shade. Definitely am out on the prowl for swatches!
ReplyDeleteHahaha, I have the black color and it's labeled as 4 as well. An error that has caused some confusion. Thanks for letting me know! I'll change it :) xx
Deletei love the new eyelook you came up with
