Wet'n'Wild Fergie Creme Liner in Cocoa Riche ($4.99)I hadn't had a bad experience with Wet'n'Wild until now. I bought this eyeliner with high hopes because their original Black Gel Liner gets raved about often. First of all, I don't love the color. I was hoping for a warm toned brown. Instead it comes off very grey and cool toned which looks like faded black liner on the eyes. That's just a personal preference though. The deal breaker for me is that the formula is hard to work with. It's too wet. Whenever you try to go over a line, the existing line slides and looks patchy. I'd rather pay a bit more for a L'Oreal or Maybelline gel/cream liner (and those are actually really good!)
Revlon PhotoReady Cream Blush in Pinched ($12.99)I actually bought this months ago and have been trying to make it work since. After 4 unsuccessful attempts, I gave up and decided I just don't like it. It's nothing like any cream blush I've used before (in a bad way!) The formula is slippery and doesn't adhere to the skin well. Whenever I try to blend it, it goes a bit patchy in some places because it slides around too much. Plus, I think the finish is too dewy. It never sets and I feel it makes me look greasy. It sits on the skin and doesn't look natural. It's ironic because it's everything a cream blush shouldn't be. It wears off easily and doesn't look more natural than a powder. It's such a shame because the color is beautiful. For the price I much prefer the formula of the NYX Cream Blushes (review) and those are cheaper!
