Best Of 2013: Blog Posts

best beauty blog posts 2013
Here's a quick look at some of my favorite posts from my own blog. If you're a new reader, this is a good way to see what I've done throughout the year 2013. If you're an old reader and remember all of these, you're awesome. Enjoy!

I particularly love how the pictures turned out for this post. Plus, Warm Soul has become one of my favorite blushes.

This was my favorite look I did this Halloween. It's a very cheap costume idea, give a try next year!

I got a lot of amazing products from this haul and I've enjoyed using them for the last months of 2013.

I'm quite pleased with how the graphic turned out for this nail tutorial. Inspired by Van Gogh's The Starry Night.

I enjoyed putting this post together because I got to talk about products I disliked too. Worth a look if you're looking for some under eye rollers.

I really liked this outfit and how the pictures turned out. I've always wanted to post more OOTD's on my blog but find them hard to photograph because of lighting and space issues.

This was a joy to put together. A beauty pamper session that includes aromatherapy, foot care, lip, and skin care.

A delicious DIY lip scrub. Thanks to all those who have shared this on Pintrest! It's become one of my most popular posts.

Several different eye looks using amazing duo chromes. I'm going to bring back TIOT's, I promise.

I enjoyed visiting The Face Shop in New York so much! If you've never heard of their products check out my haul.

Great for anyone looking for a new eyeshadow primer. I reviewed a lot of popular ones.

A makeup look and review of Amber Lights, one of my favorite MAC eyeshadows ever.

2013 meant the start of my love affair with Paul & Joe. My favorite product is the Peaches and Cream blush.

Miss doing such creative posts on my blog. Here are a few dramatic looks using white eyeliner.

Etude House is an amazing Korean brand and their Sweet Recipe collection is still much loved by me.

Although limited edition, Sounds Like Noise is one of the most beautiful orange lipsticks I've encountered.

I don't post many video tutorials, but here's one showing how to achieve perfect wings using tape.

I still adore this palette and this review has become one of my favorite posts I've ever.

I recall when recreating Illamasqua's Speckled Liner was very popular among beauty blogs. I loved that because it inspired makeup users to get more creative and step out of their comfort zone.

This feels like it was ages ago, when I was still taking blog pictures with my phone. Still, this is one of my favorite makeup looks.

I hope you enjoyed looking back at my old posts. Tell me, has there been a particular post of mine you have really liked? What were your favorite blog posts of 2013 (by yourself or other bloggers)?
