Sleek Purple: Makeup Look

sleek vintage romance palette makeup look
Here's a makeup look (face of the day) showing three of the items Latasha sent me in our gift swap (see the post here). Most of you were interested in the Daniel Sandler Watercolour Blush and Sleek Vintage Romance Palette. I used both for this look. I also used the Sleek Contour Kit, a popular blogger favorite. Please excuse my unkept eyebrows in this post. I know they are very distracting, but I was in the process of growing them out.

  3. You make purple look so incredibly wearable! I have a matte purple shade by NARS that came in a kit and I haven't used it because any eyeshadow that isn't a neutral shade intimidates me. I should really be a little more daring with my makeup, especially for the spring and summer.

    1. Remember, it's just makeup. If anything you'll only get compliments on your eyeshadow :)

  4. Looking absolutely GORGEOUS as always Coco… seriously, that last picture? Stunning. I'm going to have to try to recreate the eye look pronto; it's so lovely! And I completely understand the growing out the eyebrows bit. I'm doing the same right now (I definitely over plucked one of them on accident) and it's a pain!

    1. Thank you, Cassie! :D I just got my brows threaded yesterday and they feel so nice! Growing them out is necessary sometimes but it's such and uncomfortable and awkward stage x

  13. This looks so gorgeous on you! I've been sticking to UD Sin and Naked for my everyday looks, but I think I'll switch it up with some colour soon! Super Orgasm is definitely going higher on my wishlist now ;) x

  16. You look so pretty! I am also very interested in Korres Greek Yoghurt Primer and would love it if you reviewed it; and since Athens is like 8 hours by bus from where I live I was thinking of indulging in Korres when I had a few days off and this one goes into the list hehe. I also own the Vintage Romance palette and I like the three purple shades the most - they are the reason this palette was appealing to me xx
