Star Violet: Makeup Look

mac star violet burgundy makeup look
You have no idea how much I've been enjoying wearing burgundies and purples on my eyes lately. I really like it on my skin tone and on brown eyes in general. For today's look I used mostly MAC Eyeshadows: Star Violet, Orb, and Naked Lunch. I then paired it up with a pale pink lip. Let me know how you like to wear burgundies. Have a nice Sunday, loves!

  9. I always wear browns on my lids and I really want to experiment a bit more. Burgundy seems like a nice way to add a bit of colour but still stay a bit 'safe'! Love the look! Might even give it a try!

  14. I'd never think of using a shade like that on me as I'm quite pale but it looks so amazing on you that I'd be tempted to try- even if it does wash me.
Love this look on you so much.

    1. I think this shade would look gorgeous with your eye color. I usually believe that good blending and coordinating lips can make a certain eyeshadow work on any skin tone. x

  18. I'm in love with this look! I wish mac eyeshadows were less expensive here where I live! I pretty sure the first thing I'll do when I go to the UK or the US is to pack on a lot of mac products!

    1. They are very overpriced in the UK too. Definitely take advantage of them when you visit the US :)
