MAC Cornflower Pigment: Makeup Look

mac cornflower pigment moon reflection makeup look blue smokey eye
If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram you've probably already seen this look. Instagram is full of spoilers because I tend to post pictures of my makeup closer to the time when I actually wore it. Since I schedule my posts my blog has the biggest delay. Although, I still don't tend to post Instagram pics right away as they are happening in "real time". Are you the same? Anyhow, here's I look a created using MAC Cornflower Pigment.

1. MAC Cornflower Pigment (outer half of lid) 2. Make Up For Ever #4 Eyeshadow (outer v and crease) 3. MAC Vex Eyeshadow (inner corners) 4. MAC Moon's Reflection Eyeshadow (inner half of lid) 5. Too Faced Naughty Nude La Creme Lipstick (lips)

I used Cornflower dry in order to keep this look a bit toned down, but if you use it wet you can definitely get more intensity out of it. I know a lot of people aren't into blue eyeshadows but considering this is a less traditional blue maybe you could give this a go? Like I always say: makeup should be fun!

  3. So pretty and simple but yet you've executed it flawlessly! I love how your inner corner is nude, it seems to blend into nothing and I love it! I don't think I have a shade anything like cornflower!

  9. What a gorgeous look, Coco! Your making my MAC Pigment collection seem inferior, since Cornflower isn't among them ;) I may have to get this one eventually :)

  16. I know so many people automatically associate blue shadow with that awful 80's up to the eyebrow look but this is the exact opposite: chic and gorgeous! I love everything about this look.

  31. whenever I see blue I tend to get the colours but then think that blue is not the perfect choice for me. I like this look a lot and this is the kinda look that works for me as well. when I try to make something wearable I just add grey or black haha. works for me ;) / Claire xxx
