Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Siren ($19): I was not intentionally looking for a teal liquid eyeliner but I happened to stumble upon this gem at a Nordstrom Rack and couldn't leave it behind. (On a side note, those stores are amazing. Not just for clothes, but there's some really cheap high-end makeup there.) I had seen the Urban Decay liquid liners around and knew they came in a lot of beautiful alternative colors (navy, fuchsia, metallic grey, etc.) but I never particularly wanted one because I don't use colored eyeliners that often. When I do, I tend to make them myself using eyeshadow and a mixing medium. However, this was being sold for just $7 (drugstore price range) so I took it home with me.
As cool as this eyeliner looks in pictures, it looks even more amazing in person. Siren is metallic and very reflective. The formula is pigmented and really easy to work with. It doesn't clump or crack. Also, it lasts really really long. I've fallen asleep with this on (yeah, sorry!) and woke up with it looking intact. It's more "wearable" than I thought it would be since it's dark enough so that it's not too intimidating or in-your-face. The brush is very thin which is great for precision and people with small or hooded eyes. Since most people go for black eyeliner, colors like this can often be found discounted or on sale at beauty retailers. (Note: A bunch of shades, including Siren, are selling for only $6 on Urban Decay's website right now.) I highly recommend Siren and am so impressed by the Urban Decay 24/7 Liquid Eyeliner formula that I've put some other shades on my makeup wishlist.
I recently ran out of my black liquid liner and was thinking of picking this up in black. I was also considering getting the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper (which I've heard is wonderful) but I'm open to suggestions. What's your favorite liquid eyeliner?
