Bronze Summer Makeup Tutorial ft. Cream Eyeshadows
Hello, lovelies! Hope your week is going well so far! Today I have a makeup tutorial (yay!) for a glowy, bronze summer makeup look. Not the most original, right? But I love wearing bronze and brown tones on myself. I have brown eyes and think brown on brown helps complement and accentuate the tones. If you have brown eyes you’re usually told to wear purples because they make your eye color pop (they do) but give browns a try too! Ok, enough brown worshiping. Moving on…
The stars of this makeup look are cream eyeshadows. Cream shadows have a bad reputation sometimes because if the formula is too oily they’ll crease easily. However, the Maybelline Color Tattoos and Milani ShadowEyez are the longest wearing cream shadows I’ve used and do not crease on me at all. I have a video showing you how I achieved this makeup look (it’s embedded below). I also wanted to mention a related post I wrote over at POPSUGAR on Glowing Summer Skin. It covers a few basic techniques and also has a list of suitable products. Click here to read it.
Let me know if you also favor cream products during the summer or if you shy away from them.
