Natural Everyday Makeup with Neutrogena Visibly Even
This month I was sent three items from the Neutrogena Visibly Even collection to incorporate into my everyday beauty routine. The Visibly Even line aims to aid with blotchiness and dark spots in the skin. All of the products contain essential soy which is meant to brighten skin and make it look more radiant. Here’s how I used the Visibly Even line to achieve a natural everyday makeup look appropriate for random errands or school (which is where I wore it to).
02. I then applied the NEUTROGENA® VISIBLY EVEN® BB Cream SPF 30 all over my face and a little bit down my neck to cover minor redness and blotchiness. The formula has a very subtle pealessence and dewiness that is good for dry skin types. It’s surprisingly dark in tone for a light-medium shade so those with fair skin beware.
03. Since I had just spent all night studying for an exam, I used some concealer on my under eye circles. Then I set everything with a yellow-toned loose setting powder. I stuck with a loose powder because it’s lighter than a pressed one and I did not want to add any more considerable coverage.
04. I wanted to keep the eyes neutral and subtle but still defined so I swept a matte brown eyeshadow on the crease. Then I used a light beige color underneath the brows and in the inner corners of the eyes (tear duct area). Finally, I smudged black eyeshadow along the top lash lines. And, of course, I had to fill in my brows and add two coats of mascara. The lips were left mostly bare, I added a clear butter gloss on top.

25th Sep 2014 - 12:45 amLovely natural look! This range sounds right up my alley, my skin is so uneven! I really like the sound of the moisturiser with a pretty high amount of SPF in. I must say I'm generally not a fan of Neutrogena cleansers – specifically the foaming ones – but I do like the sound of a rich cream 🙂

25th Sep 2014 - 10:40 amI am not sure if I am ready to use another BB product. I think I will be forever a foundation girl. Though I really love the lightweight feeling of BBs in general. Lovely photo, btw!
