Review: MAC Peaches Blush
If it seems to you like I’ve been reviewing a lot of MAC blushes this past month it’s because I decided I wanted to review all of the colors in my MAC blush Pro Palette individually and then do a roundup post at the end. Today I have MAC Peaches which is one of their most popular colors. It’s a light peach color (of course) with a matte finish.
Pigmentation
Peaches is a Sheertone blush which means deeper skin tones will need to layer this color. However, that doesn’t mean that it’s not pigmented. That’s what I like about MAC Sheertones, they’re subtle but not so sheer that you need to layer (and layer and layer…) for them to show up.
Color
Peaches is most definitely a peach blush. However, when compared to another peach/apricot blush (Illamasqua Lover) you can clearly see that Peaches isn’t as orange. So you can actually own both and, although they’re similar, they look different on the cheeks.
Formula
I find that the staying power of MAC Sheertones is just average. Peaches has a matte finish but it’s very smooth to the touch and easy to blend.
Overall, I adore the natural flush that Peaches gives. If you’re looking for a peachy blush then I totally recommend it. However if you have a tan or deeper skin tone, I suggest going with Illamasqua’s Lover blush as it’s more pigmented and will show up better.
Let me know if you’ve tried this. What’s your favorite MAC blush?

5th Nov 2013 - 3:25 pmI have peaches by MAC too and i remembered loving it so much when i first bought it hehe. However, it has slowly been replaced by some of my other blushers like NARS and sleek blushes so it has just been forgotten and unloved slightly over the year.
This reminds me that i have to take this out to use again 😀
Thank you for sharing, have a lovely day <3

5th Nov 2013 - 5:52 pmI kind of like that there isn't as much orange in this as other peach blushes… a bit more natural that way 🙂 I've never tried a MAC blush before but Peaches has always been at the top of the list when I finally do!!

6th Nov 2013 - 3:50 pmLooks pretty but I prefer the pink shades in a blush the peaches like this sometimes looks weird on my face just like to much dark. But this color looks perfect on you, both are cute blushes!"
