Review: NYX Morocco Eyeshadow
Hello, lovelies! I wanted to post this makeup look which is somewhat of a recreation of Lau’s Ergo Proxy look. I didn’t recreate Lau’s look exactly, mine is a bit more slanted and elongated, but I was so inspired when I saw her makeup look that I knew I had to try it someday. I also knew right away that I wanted to use the NYX Single Eyeshadow in Morocco for this look. So since we’re already here, why not review Morocco too?
I won’t go on and on about a single eyeshadow (although I could). In a nutshell, Morocco is a frosty/metallic violet blue. Morocco has a noticeable purple undertone especially when compared to a navy or cobalt blue. I’m tempted to call Morocco an indigo but I don’t know much about colors. It doesn’t have insanely intense pigmentation where you only tap the shadow and already get true-to-pan color payoff. However, it’s still quite pigmented and only needs about 2-3 layers to reach its full potential. Morocco is also soft in texture and easy to blend. Amazing deal for a $5! NYX can be easily found on offer so you can probably get this at an even cheaper price. If you love blues then you need this.
